The web, app & communications agency bVisible continues its activities under the name Neoservice. Same team, same expertise, same clients — with a broader scope covering custom-built software, artificial intelligence and Swiss hosting.
What bVisible was
bVisible — “Swiss web, app & com. agency” — was a Swiss web and digital agency, founded in 2019 between Villars-Tiercelin, in the Gros-de-Vaud, and Sion, in Valais. Websites, e-commerce platforms, web and mobile applications, brand identity, SEO, augmented reality: the agency designed and developed custom-built digital projects for Swiss SMEs, institutions and brands.
Over the course of these engagements, one thing became clear: a website, however successful, only solves part of the problem. Behind the storefront were makeshift processes, tools that didn't talk to each other, scattered data. It was to address this broader need that the business became Neoservice.

Does bVisible still exist?
bVisible no longer operates under that name: the agency is now Neoservice. All activities, teams and engagements have been taken over by Neoservice, which continues the same business with an expanded scope.
Who took over bVisible's activities?
Neoservice. This is not a transfer to a third party: it's the same team, the same management and the same offices in French-speaking Switzerland. Only the name has changed.
Why did bVisible become Neoservice?
Because the business had outgrown the name. bVisible was a web and communications agency; the business now also covers business software, artificial intelligence, automation and Swiss hosting. A web agency name no longer described what we do.
Is my website built by bVisible still maintained?
Yes. All websites, applications and platforms delivered under the bVisible name continue to be hosted, maintained and updated by Neoservice, without interruption or any change in terms.
Does my hosting or maintenance contract continue?
Yes. Hosting, maintenance and support contracts taken out with bVisible are carried over to Neoservice on the same terms. There's nothing you need to do.
What happens to the bvisible.ch website?
bvisible.ch now redirects to this page, on neoservice.ai. The agency's entire portfolio has been carried over into Neoservice's work.
Does Neoservice still build websites?
Yes, it's still one of our core activities: showcase websites, institutional sites, e-commerce and web applications. The difference is that we can also connect that website to your back office — invoicing, stock, CRM, automations.
Where are your teams based?
In French-speaking Switzerland, between the canton of Vaud and Valais, in bVisible's original offices in Villars-Tiercelin (Gros-de-Vaud) and Sion. Development and hosting remain in Switzerland.
